We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for performing the purchase to pay process, including matching, processing, and paying invoices. You will also review and process expense claims, manage the AP Mailbox, and perform weekly payment runs.

Main Duties:

  • Perform the purchase to pay process, including matching, processing, and paying invoices
  • Review and process expense claims
  • Manage the AP Mailbox, responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Perform weekly payment runs
  • Process payments in various currencies
  • Review and process credit card claims
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies
  • Perform month-end tasks
  • Perform weekly system reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Good systems experience, including Excel
  • Team player
