Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events With training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team Accountable for achieving sales goals Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals An expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock, cashing up and organising rails, to hosting, you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. The person.
Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu Confidently connects artistry and education to sales Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products A great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customers with varying needs and requirements Well Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of our competitor's activity, along with taking part in brand training Known to be a sales and service expert. You'll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn.
