Key Responsibilities- Provide expert makeup applications to clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases, promoting the Pat McGrath brand and driving sales.
- Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while consistently booking appointments and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management.
- Share knowledge and expertise with customers, providing personalized service and exceptional customer experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, and maintaining visual standards.
- Manage customer feedback, using it constructively to raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards.
- Adapt to changing challenges and requirements, working flexibly across different departments and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding knowledge of products and competitors, using natural curiosity to drive growth and innovation.
- Plan and deliver in-store events, leading masterclasses and training sessions to educate and engage customers.
- Replenish stock, maintain counter cleanliness, and ensure the brand is presented at the highest level, meeting hygiene standards.
- Build a loyal customer base, understanding and following health, safety, and security procedures to prevent stock loss and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu.
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales, with a strong understanding of current beauty trends and latest products.
- Social/digital portfolio of work with a significant following is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively engage with customers with varying needs and requirements.
- Well-informed and knowledgeable about the brand, competitors, and industry trends.
- A sales and service expert, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and take the initiative to provide additional services.
- Flexible and responsive to business needs, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks.
- A confident coach and self-driven individual, with a passion for upskilling and learning.
- Able to work retail hours on a 20-hour part-time basis, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
