We are seeking an experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at Flannels, based in Sheffield. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing expert makeup applications, assisting clients with product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality makeup applications using Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a memorable customer experience
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain consistent appointment bookings
- Analyze sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to provide exceptional service
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to improve service and sales standards
- Adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment
- Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the brand is presented at the highest level
- Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist
- Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
- Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Basic salary £28,256 pro rata
