Job Title: Makeup Artist - Pat McGrath Labs

We are seeking an experienced makeup artist to join our team at Flannels Flagship store in Sheffield on a part-time 20h per week contract.

About the Role:

As a makeup artist for Pat McGrath Labs, you will be responsible for providing expert application of our cosmetics products, assisting clients with product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality makeup applications that align with our brand service menu
  • Assist clients with product knowledge and makeup applications
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to continually improve service and sales standards
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and be flexible with working hours
  • Replenish stock as needed and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
  • Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base
Requirements:
  • Experienced lead makeup artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with our brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Great communication skills and ability to positively engage with all customers
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • Ability to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis
