* Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
* Lead masterclasses and trainings
* Replenish stock and maintain a clean and attractive store environment

* Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience
* Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications
* Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
* Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
* Great communicator and well-informed
* Sales and service expert
* Flexible and responsive to business needs
* Confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
* Trusted and respected colleague
* Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis
