Job Title: Makeup Artist – Pat McGrath Labs

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced makeup artist to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert makeup applications, assisting clients with product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge and application techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert makeup applications using Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Participate in brand training and coaching to develop personal artistry skills
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and be flexible with working hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a lead makeup artist
  • Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
