About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Makeup Artist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our luxury cosmetic brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert makeup applications using Pat McGrath Lab products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality makeup applications and product knowledge to customers
  • Assist clients with product purchases and applications, and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Train and develop team members in Pat McGrath application techniques and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, and maintain consistent appointment bookings
  • Analyze sales data and create strategies with management to meet and exceed goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to improve service and sales standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist
  • Excellent product knowledge and application skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
