* Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
* Adapt to challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
* Use natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends
* Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
* Lead masterclasses and trainings
* Replenish stock and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
* Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base
* Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures

Requirements:

* Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience
* Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
* Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
* Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
* Great communicator and able to positively engage with all customers
* Well-informed and able to develop excellent product knowledge
* Known to be a sales and service expert
* Flexible and responsive to business needs
* A confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn

* Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis
