Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality makeup applications that meet the brand's service menu standards.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with your team.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while consistently booking appointments and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management.
- Share your expertise to provide exceptional and personalized service to our customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience, including selling and replenishing stock, visual standards, and hosting events.
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards.
- Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment, including working on different departments and taking on additional responsibilities.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
- Plan and deliver in-store events, lead masterclasses and trainings, and maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
- Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, and champion our company culture and values.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist.
- Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand's service menu.
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales.
- Social/digital portfolio of work with a significant following preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively engage with all customers.
- Well-informed, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and competitor activity.
- Sales and service expert, with the ability to deliver the extraordinary and take the initiative to provide additional services.
- Flexible and responsive to business needs, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- A confident coach and self-driven individual, with a passion for upskilling and learning.
- Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Basic salary £28,256 pro rata.
