Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
- Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
- Accountable for achieving sales goals
- Analyze sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Share knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day
- Use natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends
- Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
- Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive
- Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service
- Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
- Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
- Great communicator with ability to positively engage with all customers
- Well-informed with excellent product knowledge
- Sales and service expert with ability to deliver the extraordinary
- Flexible and responsive to business needs
- Confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
- Trusted and respected colleague
- Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
