Makeup Artist – Pat McGrath Labs

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Makeup Artist to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs, a leading luxury cosmetic brand. As a Lead Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional one-to-one service to our customers, using your expertise to inspire and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store
- Maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
- Accountable for achieving sales goals and maintain consistent and regular appointment bookings
- Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
- Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day
- Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends
- Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
- Be confident to lead masterclasses and trainings both one to one and to a group
- Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive
- Ability to build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
- Champion our company culture and values
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Ability to perform high quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu is essential
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
- Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
- A great communicator
- Well Informed
- Known to be a sales and service expert
- Flexible
- A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn
- Able to work retail hours on a 20h part time basis
- Basic salary £28,256 pro rata
