Job Title: Beauty Counter Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs. As a Beauty Counter Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals
  • Analyze sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Share knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service
  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day
  • Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
  • Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive
  • Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • A great communicator
  • Well-informed
  • Known to be a sales and service expert
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • A confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
