Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products to customers
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce brand techniques with team members
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data to inform strategies
  • Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement sales plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and feedback
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through personalized service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Replenish stock, maintain a clean and attractive store environment, and adhere to health and safety procedures
  • Meet sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist or in a similar role
  • Excellent product knowledge and application skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and products
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
