We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counter Manager to join our team at Aveda. As a pioneer in holistic beauty, we strive to create a welcoming and authentic experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver business results.
- Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and in-store events.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and innovation.
**Requirements**
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients using state-of-the-art technology.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
