Aveda Counter Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counter Manager to join our team at Aveda. As a pioneer in holistic beauty, we strive to create a welcoming and authentic experience for our customers.

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business planning, consumer insights, event management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop their skills
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Participate in in-store events and product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients using state-of-the-art technology
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
