Aveda Counter Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
