Offshore Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering specifically within the offshore sector and possess a valid BOSIET certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee offshore engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Develop project plans, scopes, and schedules, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to ensure offshore project safety and compliance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering, specifically within the offshore sector.
- Valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certificate.
- Strong understanding of offshore project management practices and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Visit offshore sites to assess project status and provide technical support as needed.
- Utilize project management tools to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to address project challenges and optimize workflow processes.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to industry standards among offshore project teams.
