Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical management roles, specifically in offshore wind or offshore installation projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles, marine operations, and relevant industry standards.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and make critical technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
