- Manage contributions from external engineering centers and third-party firms involved in the project.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination and Problem Resolution:
- Ensure effective collaboration between engineering disciplines, resolving conflicts and ensuring design consistency.

- Adherence to Budget and Schedule Objectives:

- Supervision of Engineering Outputs:

- Design, Safety, and Operational Evaluations:
- Promote and participate in design and safety evaluations, including 3D model assessments, ensuring the highest safety standards are upheld.
- Supervise the follow-up on evaluation outcomes, particularly concerning offshore safety protocols.
- Contract and Change Management:
- Provide technical support for contract management, including variations and change orders, with a focus on offshore project specifics.
- Budget and Resource Oversight:
- Consolidate engineering budgets, monitoring and controlling expenses, particularly those associated with offshore project logistics and equipment.
- Project Closure and Documentation:
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all engineering documentation, including lessons learned and project closure reports.
- Support for Procurement and Commissioning:
- Facilitate the engineering processes that support the procurement of materials and services, as well as the commissioning and start-up of offshore wind and installation projects.
- Knowledge Transfer and Continuous Improvement:
- Document and communicate lessons learned from offshore projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical management roles, specifically in offshore wind or offshore installation projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles, marine operations, and relevant industry standards.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and make critical technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
