You will provide administrative day-to-day and organisational support to the CEO of Adult Trade and Managing Director of Orion Publishing Group.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and project-management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid office environment.

Significant office-based work experience, supporting a senior manager or team or bothDemonstrable experience of organising a complex administrative workload and juggling deadlines and prioritiesDiscrete and capable of dealing with commercially or personally sensitive information at the highest levelDemonstrable experience in communicating appropriately, unambiguously, and effectively with colleagues and third parties at a variety of levels, both verbally and in writingComplex diary management and travel itinerary experienceConfident in the use of key IT programmes and able to adapt to using new systems and processes with ease What we offer
