We are in search of outstanding Fitness Coaches who possess a deep passion for health and wellness, and who can inspire and guide our members in achieving their fitness aspirations while embodying our brand ethos.

As part of our Personal Training initiative, we offer continuous education, professional development, and certification opportunities through our PT Academy. Our dedicated team of Educators, led by our Head of PT Education, collaborates with our trainers to provide qualifications across various fitness disciplines. We proudly offer our own certifications, including Women’s Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. Additionally, we are the sole accredited training provider in the UK for Mike Boyle's CFSC qualification.

During your initial 18 months with Third Space, you will engage in our modular academy training, fostering your development as a Fitness Coach and enhancing your skills in line with the dynamic fitness landscape. You will gain qualifications in behavior change, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, among others.

We recognize that education is crucial for remaining at the forefront of the industry, ensuring our Fitness Coaches are consistently motivated, evolving, and well-trained. Our qualifications are recognized across the industry and are accessible to all our trainers.

Every Fitness Coach is required to complete a minimum of 6 days of ongoing education annually, either through our tailored Third Space System or via external opportunities.

We are deeply committed to the quality of service we provide to our members, and our Fitness Coaches are integral to this mission.

Role Overview:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • No rental fees, no gym floor responsibilities, exclusively Personal Training
  • Initial salary of £27,355 for the first three months (pro rata) to assist in establishing your business
  • Transition to a pay-per-session model from month four, with a tiered system based on the number of sessions conducted monthly
  • Support from in-club Fitness Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and the Education team to help you thrive as a Fitness Coach

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA qualification or equivalent, along with demonstrated experience in building a successful Personal Training business.
