We are eager to connect with Fitness Coaches from diverse backgrounds within the industry, including commercial gyms, budget facilities, 24/7 operations, boutique studios, and high-end establishments. We welcome trainers with varying degrees of expertise.

Your focus will solely be on delivering outstanding coaching. There is no need for you to seek clients, as we will supply you with a steady stream of work.

We seek candidates who possess a genuine passion for fitness and are excited about maximizing their potential within a supportive team environment.

We are particularly interested in trainers with a specialization in Strength Training and/or Bodybuilding.

Expectations for the Roar Personal Training Team

  • Be punctual, mentally sharp, and willing to exceed expectations on the gym floor.

Compensation: OTE £30,000-£35,000 based on an average of 30-35 personal training sessions per week, with potential for increased earnings based on performance.
