Position Overview:

We are in search of exceptional Fitness Coaches who possess a genuine passion for health and fitness, capable of inspiring and enabling our members to achieve their objectives while embodying our brand values.

Training and Development:

As a member of our Personal Training program, you will benefit from ongoing training, development opportunities, and certifications through our PT Academy. Our team of Educators, led by our Head of PT Education, collaborates with our Coaches to provide certifications across various fitness disciplines. We offer specialized certifications in areas such as Women's Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. Notably, we are the exclusive accredited training provider in the UK for the Mike Boyle CFSC certification.

During your first 18 months with Third Space, you will participate in our modular academy learning, enhancing your skills as a Coach and aligning your expertise with the evolving fitness landscape. You will earn certifications in behavior change, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, and more.

Commitment to Education:

We believe that education is vital for staying ahead in the fitness industry and ensuring our Coaches remain inspired, growing, and evolving. Our certifications are highly regarded within the industry and are available to all our Coaches.

All Fitness Coaches are required to complete a minimum of six days of ongoing education each year, either through our tailored Third Space System or external sources.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • No rental fees or shifts on the gym floor, exclusively focused on personal training
  • Initial salary support to assist with business establishment
  • Transition to a pay-per-session model after the initial period, with a tiered system based on monthly sessions conducted
  • Support from Fitness Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and the Education team to help you excel as a Coach

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold at least a Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA certification or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate a proven track record in building a successful personal training business.
