Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure fulfilment of orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products or services.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyse reports to track key performance indicators.
- Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales, operation and finance team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administration or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
