**Administration assistant**
Grow Gardens is a small but busy Landscaping Construction company, based near Ely, Cambs. We currently have a vacancy for a part time general Administration Assistant.
**Your duties would include (but not limited to)**:
Answering/making phone calls to customers
Organising the maintenance team’s schedule
Issuing invoices
Creating and issuing quotation documents
Jointly working on admin projects with other office staff
Looking after vehicles and booking MOT’s etc
Managing stock control of materials
Logging staff hours
Be very organised
Able to work un supervised
Willing and able to ‘think outside the box’ at times
Have some experience working in the construction industry
Live locally to the Ely area in order to be able to come to the office when needed
The role will be for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with additional hours approved by the office manager if required
Minimum of 2 hours worked per week day, between the hours of 9am and 2pm
Combination of working from home and from our office. Minimum of 2 shifts in the office per week.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an initial phone interview. An in-person interview will follow.
The successful applicant will work an initial (paid) probation period to ensure the right fit for the position.
The pay offered will be £12 per hour.
