Office Administrative Assistant

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting. Or an opportunity for someone with experience to fit in immediately.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
**Experience**
Training will be given but good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new computer systems is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Education: - GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
