Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Administrative Receptionist to become a part of our client's Facilities Management team for a temporary assignment.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

Key Duties:
- Respond to and redirect phone inquiries, taking messages when required.
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, addressing general inquiries.
