Receptionist/ Referral Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Receptionist / Administrator to join the team at The Square Advanced Dental Care, located in Hale Barns, Greater Manchester.

About the role and practice

Our clinical team have a varied range of Specialisms as a well as General Dentistry, plus Hygiene Therapists, augmented by an onsite Lab. If you are a nurse looking to work in a highly engaged team environment, with supportive and highly skilled clinicians to develop your career, this could be the practice for you.

If you're a receptionist with admin skills looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than The Square Advanced Dental Care, in Hale Barns. You will have a mixed role, supporting our patients from the front desk, and providing admin support assigning referral requests to the relevant clinician.
- Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days
- Convenient high street location

About you
- Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
