Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure fulfilment of orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products or services.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyse reports to track key performance indicators.
• Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales, operation and finance team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Experience:
• Proven experience in an administration or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or CRM software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
