Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco Worcester. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely payments from our customers.

• Review and manage aged debt to minimize overdue balances
• Contact customers via phone or email to chase payments
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, taking appropriate actions
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes
• Prepare and issue customer reminder letters or emails
• Provide weekly updates on accounts receivable status, escalating issues to the Financial Controller as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Allocate customer receipts on our ERP system (Intact IQ)
• Perform other finance-related administrative duties as required

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Working experience in finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience working in a manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to credit control
• Professional certification in credit management or accounting
