Family Legal Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join our prestigious family team at Simpson Judge in Redditch. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our Solicitors, focusing on divorce, financial matters, and private children's cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and calendars with precision
  • Transcribe audio recordings and type documents with accuracy
  • Record minutes and organize files with attention to detail
  • Handle phone communications and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing Court documents and supporting Solicitors

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and established Law Firm, supporting a committed Family Solicitor. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our family department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Family Legal Secretary, with a strong understanding of family law and procedures. You will be a skilled administrator, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
