About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve sales ledger queries in a timely manner.
  • Process requests for new and amended customer accounts.
  • Generate credit requests and organize goods returns.
  • Log complaints accurately on our ERP system and coordinate the investigation through to customer response.
  • Provide requested information to customers and log customers' regulatory requests accurately on our ticketing system.
Requirements
  • UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
  • Proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
