About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Precise Associates. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support on a broad range of HR matters, including recruitment, payroll, and general duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Screen CVs, arrange interviews, post vacancies on recruitment platforms, vet candidates, issue employment contracts, and draft new starter paperwork.
  • Payroll: Distribute pension information to new starters, collate payroll information, and assist with documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
  • General Duties: Maintain accurate records, compile and maintain employee records, and support internal and external enquiries related to the HR department.
Requirements
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and hardworking with a willingness to learn and adapt.
