Are you a highly skilled Lead Developer with expertise in backend development using Golang, Python, and C? About the Role

As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of three developers, including backend, frontend, and app development specialists.

You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering professional growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product management, operations, and quality assurance will be key to delivering top-notch software products.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, focusing on clean, scalable, and efficient code. Your expertise will be essential in resolving performance and scalability issues, and you will work closely with the product team to translate requirements into robust technological solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our infrastructure, managing cloud services, and collaborating with architects to design system architecture.

About You

We seek candidates with extensive experience in software development, proficiency in Golang, Python, and C, and a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.

You should be familiar with database technologies, version control systems, cloud platforms, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines. Your ability to evaluate and implement new technologies and tools will be crucial in improving development efficiency and product quality.
