Job Description

Role Overview

The Prince's Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting young entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality business development programs for young entrepreneurs, focusing on entrepreneurship, business planning, and market research.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to young entrepreneurs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality support for young entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote the program and attract new participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build rapport with young entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
