Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of new projects, oversee junior developers, and contribute to the design and implementation of software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, MySQL, and Next.JS, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new projects, including writing high-quality code, analyzing data, and contributing to software design and implementation.
  • Oversee junior developers on key projects and provide guidance and support on various development duties.
  • Develop and implement design plans, ensuring a user-centric approach to software development.
  • Analyze code segments to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Next.JS.
  • Excellent understanding of HTML and CSS, including user interface design principles.
  • Ability to perform coding assignments and code reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in leading software development projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
