Your Purpose

As the Senior In Channel Brand Manager, you will be accountable for building desirable brands by strengthening brand health through creating effective brand-in-channel strategies. You will deliver robust through-the-line marketing plans tailored to specific formats and channels, enabling 'toolkit' execution with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Full accountability for brand P&L (top & bottom line) and brand health.
  • Strategy Development: Expertise and leadership across all channels and formats (e.g., on & off trade, e-commerce, convenience) to ensure brilliant activation of the right brands in the right places, delivering a superior consumer and customer experience.
  • Commercial Planning: Lead role in commercial planning, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) planning processes.
  • Marketing Plans: Develop specific brand-in-channel strategies and through-the-line marketing plans tailored by formats and channels to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
  • Budget Management: Set clear brand-in-channel objectives and budgets, ensuring alignment and sign-off by sales channel leads.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage sales, customer activation, and agency stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand-in-channel activities. Lead internal and external stakeholder groups including agencies, suppliers, and senior internal customers.
  • Insight-Driven Approach: Use consumer, market, category, and communications agency best practices to define appropriate strategies and solutions for brand-in-channel activation.
  • Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate monthly forecasts, including identification of risks and opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior In Channel Brand Manager who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer marketing, developing brand-in-channel strategies.
  • A proven track record in building strong activation plans, through gaining alignment across the commercial function.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer and successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is a plus but not essential.
