Channel 4's Corporate Brand team is seeking a talented and confident Graphic Designer to create impactful creative work that engages with political, corporate, and industry stakeholders.

This role encompasses a variety of design needs, including stakeholder communications, corporate social media, print and digital assets for events, and providing design support for the corporate brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a range of corporate communications documents, such as reports, presentations, one-pagers, and booklets.
  • Create engaging social media assets for corporate channels.
  • Deliver diverse assets that support the Events and Engagement team.
  • Support Channel 4's Executive team with internal and external corporate design projects.
  • Develop a suite of templates within Channel 4's corporate brand guidelines for wider departmental use.
  • Project manage design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure designs are fully accessible and inclusive/representative.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Channel 4's creative departments (4creative, 4Studio, and Internal Comms).
  • Collaborate effectively with external design stakeholders (printers, agencies, studios) to ensure on-brand, high-standard design work.
  • Act as a brand guardian, upholding Channel 4's corporate guidelines.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and design skills.
  • Excellent typographic and layout skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience applying brands both digitally and in print.
  • Solid understanding of print production techniques.
  • Ability to work directly with external partners and manage relationships effectively.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Skilled in executing designs in PowerPoint.
  • Organized with strong time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with both large and small projects, with a keen interest in branding.
  • Attentive to feedback and able to respond positively.
  • Confidently present work in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
