Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our in-house creative team at HYF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global brand strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that support key business initiatives and projects.
  • Oversee the work of external design agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective project management.
  • Provide design direction and guidance to colleagues across the organization, ensuring consistency in brand implementation.
  • Lead the development of templates and design assets for key marketing materials, such as brochures, emails, and website content.
  • Work closely with the global IT and Facilities teams to ensure seamless brand implementation across internal digital channels and office environments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to ensure effective brand strategy and tone of voice implementation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer or brand manager, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print-production and online media production processes.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Experience in managing design agencies, printers, and other suppliers.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Structured and process-driven mentality, combined with an excellent eye for creativity and new ideas.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage expectations, and negotiate compromise when priorities conflict.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
