Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Lead the design team in creating innovative and effective brand solutions, including print and digital materials.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external design agencies and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all business areas.
- Provide design direction and guidance to junior team members and external agencies.
- Develop and maintain the company's brand asset library, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications to ensure brand strategy and tone of voice are effectively implemented.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer or brand manager in a corporate environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of brand identity guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently.
- Experience in managing design agencies, printers, and other suppliers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Structured and process-driven mentality, combined with an excellent eye for creativity and new ideas.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage expectations where priorities conflict.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with colleagues and external partners.
