Commercial Manager

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Ecommerce Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth through strategic management of our brands on Amazon, Ocado, and bricks-and-clicks platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth and improve brand visibility.
- Lead the management of our ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Ocado, and bricks-and-clicks channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, manage promotions, and analyze sales performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our ecommerce strategy remains competitive and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, particularly with Amazon, Ocado, and bricks-and-clicks channels.
- Strong fmcg sales experience ideally in a SME challenger brand where you have built the ecommerce function.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for the food industry.
