The Role
As a full-spectrum property consultancy, we manage every stage of development, from acquisition, development, strategy, and planning to lettings and disposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on major, high-profile standalone and mixed-use projects across London.
- Providing high-quality advice on the ground floor commercial elements of mixed-use developments and standalone assets.
- Conducting market research and analyzing local development pipelines.
- Offering recommendations on rents, rental comparables, market conditions, commercial values, and marketing strategies.
- Developing new store acquisition programs for retailers, F&B, and leisure occupiers looking to open new locations across London.
- Acquiring and selling land and investment sites alongside the Land & Investment Director.
- Utilizing strong written communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Building and nurturing new relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Thinking creatively and approaching challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
