The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual with 1-2 years of agency experience to join our team. As a full-spectrum property consultancy, we manage every stage of development, from acquisition and development to strategy and planning, lettings, and disposals.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the London market, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be comfortable with networking, attending client meetings, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on marketing leasehold and freehold interests
  • Working on major, high-profile projects across London
  • Offering high-quality advice on commercial elements of mixed-use developments
  • Conducting market research and analyzing local development pipelines
  • Providing recommendations on rents, rental comparables, and market conditions
  • Identifying new trends ahead of the market
  • New store acquisition programs for retailers, F&B, and leisure occupiers
  • Acquiring and selling land and investment sites
