Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive experience for individuals visiting the commercial premises.
  • Conduct regular site patrols, including the car park area, to ensure the safety and security of individuals and property.
  • Perform health and safety checks promptly and enforce compliance throughout the premises.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial tenants and stakeholders.
  • Handle and report incidents on site in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in security protocols for commercial premises evacuation.
  • Manage key holding responsibilities and overall site security.
  • Operate the control room effectively to monitor and respond to security incidents.
  • Support car park operations and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in retail security in a customer-facing role.
  • Essential possession of SIA Door Supervision and CCTV badge.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance are crucial for this role.
  • Valid right to work documentation and a verifiable 5-year work history.
  • Ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make dynamic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
  • Familiarity with control room equipment and operations.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts across all days of the week.
