Accolade Security is seeking a skilled Security Officer to provide exceptional support for live music events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and attendees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a visible and professional presence to deter potential security threats and maintain a safe environment.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective security measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with event staff and security teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance security knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • SIA (Door Supervisor) License
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in event security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Right to work permit
  • 5-year checkable work history
