Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Jenrick Commercial, a leading technology, print management, and office supply company based in the UK. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Provide efficient and effective HR and ER advice and support to the business, covering the full employment lifecycle.
- Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process, working closely with the HR Co-Ordinator.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure all on-boarding and off-boarding processes are complete, working with the HR Co-Ordinator.
- Employee Relations: Coach and guide managers on employee relations, absence, and performance management.
- Learning and Development: Support all learning and development activities, including managing e-learning platforms and facilitating workshops.

As an HR Generalist at Jenrick Commercial, you will be part of a collaborative team that values its employees. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with a competitive salary up to £50,000 p.a. pro rata depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday (plus BH), pension, Perkbox, Life Assurance, and Wellbeing perks.
