About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Up World. As a key member of our Creative Studio, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to develop and implement annual brand plans that drive brand growth and awareness.
    • Craft brand-focused communications briefs and review commercial briefs to ensure they are clear and on-brand.
    • Develop and execute a plan for brand reputation monitoring and analysis.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities and channels to explore.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Creative Development:
    • Work closely with the Creative Producer to develop and execute brand campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Drive the creation and execution of seasonal content across campaigns.
    • Build and maintain relationships with partners to bring brand and commercial opportunities to life.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project administration, including setting up project decks, timing plans, and server folders.
    • Oversee the Studio's annual budget and ensure ROI and efficiency.
    • Be the go-to person for project details and information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a brand or creative agency.
  • Previous experience in food, FMCG, retail, or hospitality is an advantage, but not required.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to read a room/situation.
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, both in the day-to-day and looking ahead to anticipate future obstacles.
What We Offer
  • Up to £60,000 per annum salary.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a Camden office location.
