You will also guarantee compliance on Menswear RTW and soft accessories products with Richemont/International standards and main market regulations and manage Menswear RTW Quality and Technical team through all stages of the product life cycle.

PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE

Work with Head of Menswear Product Development to ensure that developmental critical paths are realistic and achievable and key dates are met engineering product with consideration to design, development, industrialisation and quality requirements Conduct seasonal risk assessment during development of all Menswear RTW and soft accessoires, providing risk assessment solutions through testing and due diligence programmes to improve/refine industrialisation of the products Work with suppliers, managing communication and product sealing to ensure products are correctly engineered and industrialised for production Manage suppliers and team to ensure that the products are sealed for production within the relevant delivery dates Responsible for the handover of product to the Menswear in field quality inspector to ensure smooth transition PRODUCT QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

Responsible for product testing programme and care label compliance Deliver the highest standards of quality, consistent fit and production, working closely with related teams/suppliers Maintain standards through the publication and distribution of Make standards, Measurements, Labelling , Supplier Manuals, Testing Manual and Blocks/Grading Manual Ensure technical/testing manuals are updated in line with CSR/Richemont compliancy guidelines Support product compliance team with quality and technical expertise. GENERAL

Assess critical paths to ensure that deadlines for technical activities are achievable, agreed and met Support made to measure activities in relation to product testing and compliance Ensure data is collected, summarised and shared for Supplier Measures/KPI reports and act on results Promote continuous improvement in Quality and Technical systems Interface and support Design, product development, merchandising, production and Marketing HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Strong experience and understanding of luxury or premium menswear development flow, with experience and understanding of the whole Product lifecycle Experience and strong understanding of menswear formal and casual categories inclusive of wovens, knit, jersey and leather Understanding of product construction and pattern, hand on approach to fitting Understanding of quality AQL criteria and inspection protocols Experience of managing a team and/or managing cross-team projects Strong organisational skills, accuracy, attention to detail and prioritising of a diverse workload Ability to deal with and manage change Creative thinking with an explorative, problem solving mind.
