Position Title: People Partner - Maternity Cover Contract

As a key member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in redefining our HR practices.

Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring timely compensation for our extensive workforce, attracting exceptional talent to propel our strategic objectives, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of our employees.

The People Partner will collaborate closely with senior leaders in the Digital sector, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner, facilitating the implementation of strategic plans outlined by the Senior Leadership team.

This role is pivotal in cultivating our organizational culture, enhancing performance, coaching management, and delivering measurable returns on investment by developing regional or divisional capabilities, optimizing resources, and achieving customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

You will be instrumental in providing strategic advisory support and guidance to senior leaders in Digital.

Your duties will include mobilizing and executing these strategic plans, fostering a high-performance culture through effective coaching and influence, implementing business transformation initiatives, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Additionally, you will analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress against established targets, and actively contribute to improving metrics related to engagement, talent management, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Your role is vital in enhancing business performance and ensuring the organization possesses the necessary capabilities for success.

You are an accomplished and strategic HR professional with a proven history of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in fast-paced, complex commercial environments.

With a CIPD Level 5+ qualification and expertise in developing and executing people strategies in collaboration with Centers of Excellence, you possess strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.

Your experience in talent management, combined with your capacity to drive and facilitate business transformation, adds significant value to the organization.

As a data-driven decision-maker, you excel in interpreting and leveraging data to guide strategic choices, measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Commercial acumen is essential, as it involves understanding the business's commercial drivers and how its workforce can contribute to achieving them.

You will utilize strategic decision-making to directly influence business outcomes, ensuring that your decisions enhance customer value.

Embrace an agile mindset, comfortable with uncertainty and open to rapid iteration. A proven track record as a People/HR Business Partner in fast-paced, complex commercial settings is essential.

  • Robust data analysis skills, capable of identifying insights to inform decision-making.
