We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our Lettings Compliance and Customer Services Team on a maternity cover basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management within the Lettings Compliance and Customer Services team.
- Organize and manage projects across the Lettings division, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider Lettings Customer Service and Compliance teams to provide support and expertise in various areas.
You will be working across two teams:
- The Lettings Customer Service team, responsible for managing complaints and customer feedback for the Lettings Division.
- The Lettings Compliance team, ensuring the Lettings division is compliant with complex legislation, rules, and codes of practice within the private rented sector.
- Strong understanding of the lettings industry and its regulations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and Smartsheets.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
